I understand that booth availability is limited and not guaranteed until purchase is complete.

I understand that all booth fees and upgrades are non-refundable once purchased.

I agree to comply with all event policies, venue rules, and applicable laws.

I grant Awaken NY permission to use submitted images and content for event marketing and promotional purposes.

I agree to hold harmless Awaken NY, its organizers, volunteers, venues, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation.

I have read and agree to the Awaken NY Albany Vendor Terms & Conditions.
